Our Classic “Bitchin’ Chicken”

One of my favorite things, is simple, flavorful, grilled chicken thighs. I can serve them with an infinite combination of sides, salads, carbohydrates, veggies, etc. This flagship spice was created just for this recipe. A versatile, out-of-this-world, flavorful chicken thigh with infinite options….


2 lbs. Chicken Thighs, cleaned

3-4 Tbsp. U.G.S.S. Bitchin’ Chicken

2 Tbsp. Canola or good quality olive oil

½ Tbsp. Kosher salt


  1. Start by heating your grill above 500oF.

  2. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl, coat with oil.

  3. Begin tossing and coating the chicken with “Bitchin’ Chicken” and salt. By the time you are finished, the chicken should be REALLY coated. We want them seasoned heavily. Trust us, it’s going to come out amazing!

  4. Place the chicken on a hot grill and cook until firm and cooked all the way through. Allow 5 minutes for the chicken to rest before enjoying. EASY!
